These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://brewspark.life/ (the "Site") operated by BrewSpark Pte. Ltd. ("BrewSpark", "we", "us" or "our"), UEN 202531628H, 247 East Coast Road, #01-04, Singapore 428940. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. About BrewSpark

BrewSpark operates a specialty coffee brew salon in Singapore offering espresso, filter coffee, seasonal beverages, pastries, workshops and related hospitality services. The Site provides information about our salon, brew board, services and contact channels. Unless expressly stated, content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer to sell goods or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to submit enquiries through the Site or enter into contracts with us online. Users between thirteen and eighteen may browse the Site with parental supervision. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that information you provide is accurate.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes aligned with its intended function — learning about BrewSpark, viewing the brew board, contacting us and reading legal policies. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our servers, send.php handler, admin interfaces or connected systems.
• Introduce malware, perform denial-of-service attacks or scrape content at a rate that impairs Site performance.
• Reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Site content — including text, images, logos and design elements — without our prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading or defamatory information through contact forms or other channels linked from the Site.
• Impersonate BrewSpark staff, another user or any entity.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, layout and software — is owned by BrewSpark or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The BrewSpark name, brew-arc motif and associated salon branding are our trade identifiers. Unauthorised use may violate Singapore law.

You may print or download one copy of pages for personal reference. Any other use requires written permission from [email protected]. Unsplash photographs used on the Site remain subject to the Unsplash License; attribution is maintained in IMAGE-MANIFEST.txt.

5. Contact form and communications

The contact form posts to send.php, which processes submissions under our Privacy Policy. You agree that messages you send are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not contain unlawful material. We endeavour to respond within two business days but do not guarantee response times or that every enquiry will receive a affirmative outcome.

Email to [email protected] via the form handler is for operational routing; official company contact remains [email protected]. Submitting a form does not create a booking until confirmed by BrewSpark staff.

6. Brew board and menu information

Coffee offerings, seasonal sparks and workshop dates published on the Site reflect information current as of the stated update cycle — typically weekly on Mondays. Availability in the salon may change due to supply, equipment or staffing. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw menu items without updating the Site immediately. The in-salon brew board prevails if there is any discrepancy.

7. Workshop and office order terms

Workshop bookings requested through the Site are provisional until confirmed by email or phone. Cancellation with forty-eight hours notice qualifies for credit toward a future session; no-shows forfeit the session fee. Office orders require minimum quantities as described on services.php and are subject to separate confirmation of timing and payment method.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience — for example, mapping services or social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Access is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Information about coffee, allergens and dietary suitability is general. Individuals with severe allergies should speak directly with salon staff before consuming any product. Caffeine sensitivity varies; consume responsibly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, BrewSpark and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from Site use shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrewSpark from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your home jurisdiction if you access the Site from outside Singapore.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid or severed if modification is not possible.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and BrewSpark regarding Site use. Salon purchases may additionally be subject to in-store policies communicated at point of sale.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
